- 26 companies or moreEnterprise. It is required from the 26th company, and open to anyone who wants single sign-on or custom integrations.
At 25 companies, Mogul at regular prices costs $1,000 USD/month$10,000 USD/year, the same as Enterprise's starting price. A founding member pays $750 USD/month$7,500 USD/year for those 25 companies. Enterprise has no founding discount, so the 26th company takes a founding member to Enterprise's full price.

Why smaller companies pay less, not more
Most software gives the volume discount to the biggest customers, so the smallest pay the most per company. We turned that around on purpose: the smaller your business, the less you pay to grow it.
A one-person shop or a family business gets the same tools as a group of 25 companies, at a price it can afford. Larger groups can afford a little more per company and per user, and that keeps Entrepreneur within reach of every small business just starting out. Small businesses are the backbone of America. We price to keep it that way.

Lots, expiry dates and serial numbers are charged only for the companies that use them. A company that holds or sells lot-tracked stock needs it, including stock shared from another company.

How does the trial work?
Paid plans start with a 30-day trial. You add a card when you sign up, and it is verified then. The first charge is on day 30. There are no refunds, so cancel before day 30 if SyncBooks is not for you.

Why do smaller companies pay less per company, not more?
On purpose: the smaller your business, the less you pay to grow it. A one-person shop or a family business gets the same books, inventory and multi-company tools as a group of 25 companies, at a price it can afford. An extra company costs $30 on Entrepreneur, $40 on Mogul and $50 on Enterprise, because larger groups can afford a little more. Small business first.
How much does yearly billing save?
Yearly is ten months' price for twelve: two months free. It applies to the plan and its add-ons, not to Payroll or Mileage.
Do I pay for my accountant?
No. Collaborators, such as your accountant or bookkeeper, are free on every plan and do not use one of your user seats.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your workspace goes read-only. You can still see your books and download everything as one file. Nothing is deleted.
Are any features held back for bigger plans?
No. Every plan has the same tools; the plans differ in how many companies, users and warehouses they include. Enterprise adds single sign-on and, as a quoted add-on, custom integrations.
